At Flyer Studios, we take pride in providing high-quality custom-printed materials with a fast turnaround time. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds
Since all of our products are custom-printed specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold, reused, or restocked. Customers must review and approve all artwork before printing to ensure accuracy.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Flyer Studios, customers agree to the following terms:
- ✅ All artwork is provided by the customer or approved before printing.
- ✅ We are not responsible for any design errors, including but not limited to:
- • Spelling mistakes
- • Low-resolution images
- • Incorrect layout or formatting
- ✅ Once an order is printed, it is final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to delivering high-quality prints. If you receive an order that is damaged during shipping or has a printing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@flyerstudios.com with:
- • A clear photo of the damaged product
- • Your order number
We will review the issue and determine if a reprint is warranted.
Order Cancellations
- • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been sent to print.
- • If an order is still in the pre-production stage, contact us immediately at info@flyerstudios.com to check if modifications can be made.
