File Preparation Guidelines:

Kindly go through the guidelines mentioned below to ensure that the artwork you're providing is in the right format.

Files that are either low resolution or incorrectly formatted might be printed as is or they might be put on hold until we get the revised files, which might delay your job.

  • File Dimensions - The artwork should be appropriately formatted to the size that you selected when setting up your job.

  • Bleed - An area of .125" to .25" without any crucial text or graphics must be available for cutting.

  • Resolution - The artwork must be set up with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

  • Color Mode - The artwork must be saved in the CMYK format.

  • File Setup - The front and back of the artwork must be setup as two distinct files. Avoid saving both sides in one file.

Max File Size Note:​
  • The maximum allowable file size that can be uploaded is 25MB. If your files are larger, kindly use the Emailing files button. You can send us a link from Dropbox, YouSendIt, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any other big-file sharing platform via email, accompanied by your order number. We will then proceed to download your files.
Based on the selection of product size and additional option attributes, you can view and download the help template for the product.
