Shipping & Delivery
Flyer Studios will make the necessary attempt to complete and ship the customer's jobs on schedule. If a delivery is impaired by an act of god, electrical failures, airline delivery delays, any transportation delay, or cancellations, or any other delay out of Flyer Studios control, then Flyer Studios will assist the client in locating the delivery. Flyer Studios is not responsible for any boxes lost or damaged by the shipping company. The customer agrees not to hold Flyer Studios liable under any of the above conditions. Absolutely no refunds.
Gang Run Printing Cuts And Color Process Guarantees
Due to our gang run printing process of flyers the EXACT COLOR and FLYER CUTS cannot be guaranteed. Absolutely no refunds.
Use of Site
You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through www.flyerstudios.com. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize www.flyerstudios.com to produce the Products on your behalf. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
Full Amount Of Printing Material Count
As industry standard, you will receive within 10% more or less due to errors. As far as the final size, due to INEVITABLE tolerences in paper mills, on printing presses, and on cutters, the final size of your may vary slightly. For example, if you submit a 4 x 6 the final size can really be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is a printing standard and completely ACCEPTABLE.
Payment
I acknowledge that i am the sole owner of the credit card used for this purchase, or that I am authorized to use such credit card. I do not hold Flyer Studios Inc / Flyerstudios.com responsible for me using this credit card or paypal account for form of payment on their website.
Proofing
By the time your job is received by email, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We are not responsible for proofing any submitted jobs and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part after submission of work.

However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account immediately.
 
Job Cancelation Or Replacement Of Files
Due to our fast turnarounds Flyerstudios.com will make a great effort to TRY and cancel an order or replace files for you, but please keep in mind that once your job is plated we will not be able to stop or replace files. It is impossible to try and cancel or even change something the next day of the order. Please make sure all your files are ready and finalized before you place your orders. Also, please make sure that you (The Customer) read carefully on the turnaround time on each item as they all have different time turnarounds. It is the customers responsibility to decide if the specified turnaround times could work for you before placing the order.

Design Disclaimer Please proof read your layout carefully and reply back with any changes or suggestions you may have in detail so we can revise it and send it back asap. If the layout is perfect and it is ready for print, please reply with "PERFECT - GO TO PRINT" so we can finalize your order and send your job to print. Please note: Once you approve your job and reply back with "PERFECT - GO TO PRINT" we will start production and can not stop it if you find any new errors on your proofs. Please proof read everything very carefully for any errors (Yours Or Ours), spelling, grammar, images, etc... Once you reply back with "PERFECT - GO TO PRINT" you agree NOT to hold flyerstudios.com liable or at fault for any reprints (Including shipping charges) due to new found errors once your job has been sent to print, so please be 100% sure before sending us an approval email. All local graphic and print jobs require a 100% advanced payment due immediately upon placing an order. It is the policy of Flyer Studios inc that such advanced payments are strictly non-refundable. Flyer Studios Inc does not guarantee the exact color (including darkness or brightness) and cuts on jobs due to our gang run printing process. By sending specifications, images or files to Flyer Studios Inc client represents that clients sole author of the work and possesses all rights to use such specifications, images or files, including but not limited to any exclusive licenses. Client further represents that the specifications, images or files do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common law right, trademark, license or any other proprietary right. In furnishing such specifications, images or files to Flyer Studios Inc, client agrees to hold Flyer Studios Inc harmless against any claims what so ever associated with their use or exploitation.
